We rebranded one of Australia's largest builders
Ganellen had grown over the last two decades to become one of the largest residential construction companies in NSW and New Zealand. After originally receiving the website brief and discussing the requirements with stakeholders, we felt there was a disconnect between the way the company was perceived, and how the brand was represented.
The old tagline 'Built on experience' worked in establishing credibility and reliability in their early years. But after 20 years of proven results, and a changing corporate culture, it was time Ganellen embraced their future.
Building a brand from the inside out
After interviewing over 20 key stakeholders including staff and clients, we discovered Ganellen is a dynamic, innovative, and future focussed company who go out of their way to develop staff and support clients. Ganellen team members are loyal and dedicated, but the younger members - those more inclined to value and engage with brands - wanted to feel proud about where they worked.
Connecting the dots, our Brand Strategy repositioned Ganellen with the line 'Building a better future, together', and a set of values truly reflecting the company's DNA. To the credit of Ganellen's leadership team across Australia and New Zealand, the changes were accepted with open arms.
